The Wildstar Academy offers trainees the chance to join professional shoots, mentored by industry leaders. A unique opportunity to get hands on experience of top end film kit and to see how shoots are run in the field. Each placement will be tailored to the trainees’ experience levels and role ambition; that could be Field Directing, Producing or Cinematography..

4 weeks on location In Tanzania
Trainee camera person mentored by industry leader with full filming kit provided by the Academy and RED. Practical coaching in camera set up and operation, rushes review and footage management. Opportunity for hands on experience with specialist cameras (night, high speed etc.)
